Other healthful amenities include an extensive onsite fitness center, extensive daylight access, and an augmented green cleaning program.
The WELL Certification provides for monitoring and measuring the health and wellness of the future residents of the building. The new property was completed in June 2016 as part of the Columbia Square project in Hollywood.
